Baghdad View is a modern vertical residential city within the Al-Akhwa residential complex in Baghdad. Located in Al-Amiriya on Airport Expressway, near the American University and Al-Bayan University, the project comprises a group of residential towers designed according to a vertical building style within a well-organized urban plan. The project was implemented by Asas Engineering Company with a vision focused on traffic management and integrated services. It includes green spaces covering up to 60% of the area, a boulevard, a 5-star hotel, and shopping centers featuring international brands, in addition to diverse services that cover the basic, daily, and recreational needs of residents.
